Privacy policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Kirby’s Home Improvement (“Kirby’s”, “we”, “us”) is a home improvement business in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we get what you type into the form:
- your name and phone number
- your email address, if you give it
- the service you need and anything you tell us about the job
To stop spam, our server also keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for one hour. We can’t turn it back into your IP address.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, set up an estimate, do the work you ask for and keep normal business records. We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
- Our web host runs this website. Quote requests are saved on its servers as a backup copy.
- Our email provider delivers each request to our inbox.
- Syndicate Site Stats, run by Syndicate Marketing, who built and look after this site, counts visits so we can see how the site is used: pages viewed, the site that sent you, your device type and country. It uses no cookies and doesn’t store your IP address or anything that identifies you, and it never receives what you type into the form.
Our fonts are stored on our own server, so loading this site doesn’t contact Google or other font services.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn’t use cookies, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. Because nothing tracks you across sites, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals don’t change how the site works.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and our messages with you for as long as we need them to answer you, do the work, and keep the records a business is expected to keep. Ask us and we’ll delete them sooner if we don’t need them.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@kirbysupstate.com or call (864) 670-0327.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on their home. It isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
