2. A quote request isn’t a contract

Sending the form or contacting us doesn’t create an agreement for work. Any job is covered by a separate written estimate and agreement we give you before work begins.

3. Quotes and estimates

Quotes are free and you’re under no obligation. We confirm the final price in writing after we’ve seen the job in person. If the scope changes, or we find conditions we couldn’t see during the walkthrough, we’ll talk with you before any change in price.

4. Licensing and insurance

If you have questions about the licensing, registration or insurance that applies to your project, ask us before work begins.

5. Information on this site

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but it’s general information about our services. The details of your job are set in your written estimate.

6. Our content

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Kirby’s Home Improvement. Please don’t copy them without our permission.

7. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website. Work we do for you is covered by your written agreement, not by these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
